• QA over-read services available for the client group/facility 
• External peer reviews that meet JCAHO guidelines 
• QA reports generated in JCAHO-compatible and ACR-compatible format
• ACR accreditation requirements 
• Regularly scheduled reviews 
• Random case selection 
• Reviewer is from same discipline and has equal qualifications 
• Summary statistics reported by modality for each physician
